You can visit this website without telling us who you are. For statistics we record your IP address, browser type, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view and the address you came from. We do not identify visitors from these records, except where a law-enforcement authority requires it under a warrant.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie that keeps an application you have started linked to your browser. They contain no personal information, are not used for advertising, and are deleted when you sign out or they expire.
Buying and renewing online
When you apply or renew, we ask for the information needed to issue your policy: your ID, name, mobile number, email and the details of what you insure. Scanned documents are read automatically to save you typing; the images are stored securely and used only for your policy and as the Central Bank of Bahrain requires. Card details are entered on the bank's page and never reach us.
Your mobile number
We use your mobile number to send one-time codes and messages about your policy. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
If you email us, your address is used only to reply and is not added to a mailing list.
