    Chief Operating Officer – Bahrain

    Built new partnerships and brought new brokers on board, widening the reach of our insurance across the Kingdom. Under her leadership the core ERP modernisation programme was completed, bringing underwriting, claims and accounts onto one modern platform.

  2. Hemendra Swaroop

    Chief Operating Officer – Bahrain

    Led a series of customer-service initiatives that made it simpler and quicker for customers to deal with us, and drove the core ERP modernisation project forward.

    S. L. Koli

    Chief Operating Officer – Bahrain

    Launched the revised company website and the online customer portal, and initiated the core ERP modernisation programme.

  4. 2011 – 2016

    Vineet Kumar
