New India provides comprehensive motor insurance in many countries, according to local laws. In Bahrain we insure vehicles ranging from motorcycles, cars, trucks and buses to mobile excavators and mobile cranes.
Covers
- Comprehensive Plus — everything in Comprehensive, plus a replacement car and roadside assistance.
- Comprehensive — any accidental damage to your vehicle, plus third-party liability.
- Third Party — third-party liability only, as required by law (Legislative Decree No. 3 of 1987 and No. 7 of 1996).

Add-ons
GCC cover is available as an add-on. Roadside assistance and replacement-car services are provided for vehicles in an accident. We work with many agencies and garages for convenient repairs and claim settlement.

Main exclusions (own damage)
- Consequential loss; depreciation, wear and tear, mechanical or electrical breakdown.
- Damage to tyres unless the vehicle is damaged at the same time.
- Accidents outside the geographical area, outside the permitted use, or with an unauthorised driver.
- Except where the law requires: war, riot and civil commotion, confiscation, and natural catastrophes such as flood and earthquake; nuclear risks.
