Public liability

Legal liability to third parties for accidental death, bodily injury or property damage on your premises or from your business. Industrial and non-industrial risks; several locations under one policy. Limits per accident (AOA) and per year (AOY).

Products liability

Death, injury, disease or property damage caused by a defect in your product after it leaves your premises. Domestic and export turnover; North American jurisdiction and vendors' extensions.

Professional indemnity

Errors and omissions in professional services — doctors and hospitals, engineers and architects, lawyers, accountants and consultants. Group policies available.

Directors' & officers' liability

Wrongful acts of directors and key officers in their official capacity, including legal costs of investigations.

Employers' liability

Your liability for death, injury or occupational disease of employees in the course of employment, over and above GOSI.

Carrier's liability

Loss or damage to goods in transit in your care, including loading, unloading and temporary storage.
