Refund after a successful purchase or renewal

To get a refund, the policy has to be cancelled. Please contact our office to start the cancellation. The refund is transferred to your bank account; no cash refunds are made.

Payment taken but policy not issued

If your payment was taken but the policy could not be issued (for example because of a connection problem), we refund the full amount to the account you paid from.
